Payments policy

All payments are done through PayPal.
Please email Elisha at oli.bears21@gmail.com to request an invoice.
Layaway is also available.
A minimum of 25% deposit is required with the balance being paid over 8 weeks (unless other arrangements have been made).

What payment methods Tedsby supports?

We support all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover via PayPal. At the checkout page, you may choose to pay with credit card or PayPal. PayPal would also accept all major credit cards.

Why am I transferred to the PayPal site?

After you click the "Buy now" button, you would be securely transferred to PayPal. PayPal offer added protection for both you the customer and the artist.

Shipping policy

All shipping will be done through Australian Post and will be sent out within two days of receiving full payment.
Tracking will be included and emailed once posted.

Depending on the destination, delivery can be between 1 and 3 weeks.

Returns policy

All purchases are final, no refunds or exchanges.
